Pick-up In-store Orders

Orders for pick-up in-store will generally be available for collection from our store within 24 hours, provided all items in your order are in stock. 

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. 

We will need to verify your identity when you come to collect your order. Please ensure you bring a government-issued ID, the credit card you used to pay for your order, and a copy of your email confirmation.

Delivery Orders

We only ship to Australian addresses. For international purchases, please contact us for shipping quotes via email. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, provided that all the items in your order are in stock. 

We ship using Australia Post and other reputable courier services to ship delivery orders to customers

A flat rate of $14.95 shipping is charged for most deliveries Australia wide. We offer select bulky items as instore pick up only. 

For deliveries to most Victorian addresses, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

For interstate addresses in Australia, shipping generally takes 4-9 business days.

We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the timeframes indicated above. Please refer to the AusPost website for information about delivery disruptions and service updates.

Please ensure you have entered the correct address at check-out. 

If you need to urgently change your delivery address, please contact us on (03) 9589 3035 as soon as possible, however there is not guarantee that we can change the address in time before dispatch.
